Special Meeting Minutes
Town Office Building February 8, 2010
Selectmen’s Conference Room 5:30 P.M.
First Selectman Mailhos called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M. with the following in attendance: Selectman Millix & Blessington with Lynn Nicholls and Donna Latincsics.
A. Budget Workshop
The Board went over draft #6 of the revised budget. Discussion was held about the Board of Selectmen’s request to the CIP committee to lease a backhoe, a pick-up truck and a 6 yard dump truck with a plow.
First Selectman Mailhos also asked the other Board members to consider further cuts for a plan “B” in the event that State funding does not come through after the budget is approved.
Donna Latincsics will rework the budget and present to the Board draft #7, which will then be presented at the next regular Board of Selectmen meeting.
Meeting was adjourned the meeting at 6:30 PM.
